Sodus: Entered into rest on October 23, 2016 at age 75.

Predeceased by his parents: Gilbert and Eleanor Dodd.

Gary was an alumni of RIT.  He retired after 38 years as Bindery Superintendent from Thomson Reuters formerly known as Lawyer’s Co-op, Webster, NY.  He was an avid sportsman and was a long time member of the Sodus Bay Sportsmen’s Club.  He had a love for animals and will be sorely missed by his beloved pets.

Survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Suzanne; daughters: Susan (Trent) Conwell and Katie (Chris) Toomey, step daughter: Lisa (Darren) Dennis; grandchildren: Joshua, Daniel, Elena, Thomas, Teagan, Casey, Brittney, Kali, Katherine, and John; brother: Alan (Marilyn) Dodd; sister in law: Katherine Cook; nephew: Alexander Dodd; many extended family members and friends.

Calling hours will be held on (Saturday) October 29th from 12pm-2pm with a memorial service following at 2pm at Young Funeral Home, Williamson, NY.

In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Gary can be made to Wayne County Humane Society.
