Ontario: Passed away on November 14, 2016 at age 79.
Hilda was predeceased by her husband Larry Hopkins; parents Ellis and Kitty Elliott.
She is survived by her children: Alan Hopkins, Glenn (Jill) Hopkins, Wayne Hopkins, Marcia Hopkins; grandson Larry (Kelly) Thayer; great granddaughter Kelsey Thayer and sister Florence (Eugene) Van Kouwenberg.
Family and friends are invited to call (Thursday) November 17th from 4pm-7pm at Young Funeral Home, 4025 Ridge Road Williamson. A graveside service will be held Friday November 18th at 11:00am at Furnaceville Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a reception at Hilda’s home following the graveside service. Special thanks to Maplewood Nursing home for the care and service of Hilda and her family.
In lieu of flowers donations in loving memory of Hilda can be made to Union Hill or Ontario Ambulance Service.
