Predeceased by her first husband: James Gallagher.
Evelyn was a voracious reader and loved all things British. She was a Bible scholar and taught Sunday School. She was a hairdresser and owned her own shop in Sodus Point called: Evelyn's Hair Shop. Her love for nature was evident as she loved all kinds of rocks and had a love for flowers especially red carnations.
Survived by her loving husband: Palma; sister: Hazel Van Hall; many extended family members and friends.
Calling hours will be held on July 24, 2015 from 2pm-3pm followed by a funeral service at 3pm at Young Funeral Home. Private burial in Sodus Rural Cemetery.
