Tina M. Palizay
Sodus: Passed away on January 23, 2025, at age 66. She was born on September 4, 1958, in Erie, PA.
Tina was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She possessed a strong faith in her savior Jesus Christ, and has entered her eternal reward in heaven.
Tina was a dedicated Kindergarten teacher at Sodus Elementary School who loved her students and fellow teachers. She inspired many young minds to a love of learning and touched the lives of many through her work as a teacher.
Tina is survived by her devoted husband Richard Palizay (43 years), children Andrew (Kelly) Palizay, and Leah (Joshua) Hubbard, grandchildren Sophia, Alaina, and Brielle Palizay, and Owen Hubbard, sisters Denva (Dan) Corff, and Cindy (Dave) Fox, along with many other extended family members and friends who will carry her memory forward.
She was predeceased by her parents, Duane and June (Watson) Zwald, and her granddaughter, Myla Hubbard.
A private celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
