Scott Dunning Peterham went home on April 9, 2022. He was 62 years old. Scott was born to John (Jack) and Beatrice Peterham on November 8, 1959. Scott is survived by his three loving sons; Josiah, Noah, and Aaron; his brother, John II; and his girlfriend, Sharon. He graduated from SUNY Oswego with a bachelor's degree in business.

With willpower, humility, and a strong faith in God, Scott was continuously dedicated to helping others. Throughout his life, he enjoyed singing and playing guitar. Scott was an athlete holding records in pole vaulting and table tennis. Other sports he enjoyed included soccer, bicycling, running, skiing, tennis, and weight lifting. His passions included reading, education, mathematics, investing, stamp and coin collecting, and gardening. Scott’s deep belief in God and drive to encourage others to explore their own personal faith is a true testimony.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday, April 15 at Young Funeral Home, 4025 Main Street Williamson, NY 14589. The funeral with a following reception will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 16 at Williamson Bible Baptist, 6463 Salmon Creek Road Williamson, NY 14589.
