Survived by his loving and devoted significant other Melody Coller; son: Sean (Melanie) Premo of Lyons, NY; cousins: Gordon (Gwen) Murphy, Laurie (Bob) Yorio, Linda (AJ) DeCocq, Lisa (Todd) Barnstead, and Steve (Shirley DuBurk.

Predeceased by his parents: Howard DuBurk and Margaret Funk; brother: Dale DuBurk; Uncles: Floyd (Elizabeth) and Wesley DuBurk; Aunt: Janet DuBurk.

Private interment will be held in Ridge Chapel Cemetery, Williamson, NY.
