Rochester:  Entered into rest peacefully on September 27, 2023 at age 88.

Predeceased by his parents: Aurelio and Margarita Gonzalez Alvarado; brothers: Eduardo and Leo Alvarado.

Survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Virgenmina; adored sons: Rafael (Sonia), Santos (Elaine), Ricky (Alicia), Edward (Merle) Alvarado; grandchildren: Rafy, Santos, Gabriel, Johanna, Jayson, Adrian, Erika, Christina, Alisha, Danisha and Valeria; (13) great grandchildren; sister: Daisy (Manases) Alvarado; sister in law: Myrta (Javier) Dextre; brothers in law: Antonio and Heriberto Cruz; many extended family members and numerous friends.

Calling hours will be held on (Monday) October 2, 2023 from 5pm - 7pm followed by his Celebration of Life at 7pm at Profetta Funeral Chapel: 1650 Empire Boulevard, Webster, NY.  Burial will be held on (Tuesday) October 3, 2023 at 12pm at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
