Predeceased by his wife: Carol L. (Sampson) Johnson and parents: Leon and Anna (Musson) Johnson.

Survived by his loving daughters: Judith Ann (Kenneth) Madej and Andrea (Kenneth) Rowe; grandchildren: Marissa (Greg Noble) Madej, Stephen (Meredith) Madej and Meghan (Yewie) Ferrara; great grandchildren: Hazel, Landon, Ava, and Peregryn; sister: Betty (Jug) Husner; brother in law: Timothy (Alice) Sampson; many extended family members and friends.

A private burial will be held in Sodus Rural Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
