Williamson - Russell F Brown, 59, passed away suddenly on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Rochester General Hospital

Russell was born the son of the late Robert L. and Dorothy (Prindle) Brown on Tuesday, June 7, 1966, in Williamson, NY. He grew up in Williamson, where he played basketball and graduated in 1985. He went on to become a Registered Nurse and worked for the Finger Lakes DDSO, retiring after thirty-five years of dedicated service.
He loved hunting, camping, riding his motorcycle, and woodworking. Most of all, he cherished spending time with his family-whether gathered around a campfire or enjoying any activity together. His happiest moments were the ones shared with those he loved.
Russell will be remembered by his wife of fourteen years, Holly; his children, Adrian Cabisca, Taryn Jordan, Brandon (Brittany) Apsey, Jamie (Chevy) Apsey, and Jordan (Dennis) Apsey; and his grandchildren, Noah, Riley, Isaac, Ethan, Braeah, and Davina. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Sharon Schneider; brothers, Ralph Brown, Bob (Lynn) Schneider, Dale Hopkins and Bob Hopkins; his sister, Shannon (Daniel) Smith; his aunt, Norma Brown; and extended family in Oswego.
