Williamson – Rose Mary (Lochner) Hollenbeck, aged 68, passed away on April 16, 2025, in Williamson, NY, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer.

Born on February 3, 1957, Rose was a beacon of selflessness, resilience, humor, and devotion to her family. She was known for her unwavering work ethic and worked as a pharmacy technician for many years. She tirelessly provided for her family, always putting others first. One of Rose’s greatest joys came from her grandchildren, and she was especially cherished for the love, care, and attention she gave them. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were lucky enough to know her. 

Rose will be remembered by her partner, Steve Morrow; sons, Cory (Jeannine) and Eric (Kailey); daughter, Katie (Mike); grandchildren, Hannah Rose and Cole Robert; her siblings, Vincent, Ruthie (Eddie), Carol (Jim), Lorraine (John), Freddy, and Patty (George); sisters-in-law, Sandy (Steve) Ryan and Joyce Lochner; and many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Robert; her mother, Leona; her father, Jim; her sister, Beverly; her brothers, Kenny and Gene; brothers-in-law, Jim Amos and Harold Barbour; and sisters-in-law, Ann Lochner, Jane Hollenbeck, and Barb VanDeWalle.

The family will greet friends from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Young Funeral Home, 4025 Ridge Road, Williamson, NY 14589. Rose’s burial will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 25, 2025, at Ridge Chapel Cemetery on Ridge Road in Williamson, NY. Following the burial, a celebration of life will be held at the Ontario American Legion, 6180 Knickerbocker Road, Ontario, NY 14519.
