Survived by her loving children: Casey Phillips and Katie (Mitch) Wissick; former spouse: Maria Phillips; grandchildren: Morgaine and Gryphon Akridge-Phillips, Juniper and Sullivan Wissick; sister: Elaine (David) Vinke; brother: Wesley Phillips; sisters in law: Deanna Allison and Doris Olsen; many extended family members and friends.
A celebration of Regina’s life will be held at later date.
