Nellie L. (Turner) Young
Marion - Nellie L. Young, 91, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026.
All are welcome to join the family from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at B. Forman Park, "At the House," 4507 Lake Road, Pultneyville, NY, for Nellie's celebration of life.

She was born in Marion, New York, grew up in Williamson, and attended Williamson High School.
Many will remember her from the Sodus Hotel, where she spent many years working as a bartender. She also grew up on the Johnson family farm, working in the muck fields.
She enjoyed playing Farkle and Bingo, antiquing, collecting blue glass, and spending time with her beloved Pomeranian.
Nellie will be remembered by her children, Carl (Jill) Turner Jr., Debbie (Scott) Rowe, and Gregory Turner; grandchildren, Russell Luther, Casie Luther, Heather Luther, Carl Turner III, Joseph Turner and Michael Turner; great-grandchildren, Elli Luther, Summer Rifenburg and Makaila Rose Turner; a sister, Beverly Allen.
Nellie was predeceased by her husband, Robert Young, in 2023, a daughter, Karla Luther; and her siblings, William DeVoogt, Gail Gelina, Theda Howe and Linda Allen.
