Survived by his children: Cassandra (David) Shallington, Anthony (Becky) Derosia, and Mylinda (Pat) Derosia; daughter in law: Jamie Derosia; grandchildren: Angelica (Justin) White, David Shallington, Jr., Kailyn, Cirstyn, Kendra, Reyannah, Railynne Clingerman; great granddaughter: Madalynn White; sister: Kim (Ken) Hofstra; many extended family members and friends.
