Jacob spread so much joy wherever he went. If you met Jake once, you were his friend. He was known fondly by many as “The Mayor,” as he was always ready with a wave and a smile. Jacob spent years at The Mary Cariola Children’s Center, where he thrived and made lifelong friendships. Jake loved music, rides on the Merry go round, making pottery, rides in a Jeep or a School Bus. Jake shared a special bond with his Papa, and the love and fun radiated between them. Jake was lucky enough to have a Step Father that moved Heaven and Earth to make him comfortable and smile every day.
Jake’s family would like to thank all the nurses and caregivers that have helped through the years.
Please keep Jake’s spirit alive and offer a smile to a stranger each day, most importantly crank up La Grange by ZZ Top and dance like no one’s watching.
