Donald J. Ledain, Sr.
Ontario: Entered into rest on (Wednesday) May 20, 2020 at age 86.
Predeceased by his son: Donald J. Ledain, Jr.; brother: Ronald Ledain.
Don proudly served our country in the United States Navy from 1953-1957. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and motorcycle riding.
Survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Mary Lou; devoted daughter: Dawn (Kendolph) Thomas; daughter in law: Heather Ledain; grandchildren: Michael (Korryn) and Ryan Deichmiller, and Kristopher Thomas, Ben and Alex Ledain; great grandchildren: Charleigh, Lylah, and Elyse; several brothers and sisters in law, many extended family members and friends.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. A celebration of Don’s life will be held at a later date. Burial in Furnaceville Rural Cemetery.
