Cecelia C. Deane
Sodus: Entered into rest peacefully on August 3, 2024 at age 89.
Predeceased by her husband: Roderick L. Deane; son: Michael C. McBride; grandson: Michael McBride, Jr.; son in law: Ron Youells.
Cecelia enjoyed socializing and loved everybody she encountered. Nobody was a stranger to her.
Survived by her children: John S. McBride, Patrick T. (Colleen) McBride and Susan Youells; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; many extended family members and friends.
Calling hours will be held on (Thursday) August 8, 2024 from 4pm – 6pm at Young Funeral Home followed by Cecelia’s funeral service at 6pm. Burial will take place on (Friday) August 9, 2024 at 9:30am in Sodus Rural Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Cecelia can be made to the Humane Society of Wayne County.
