Predeceased by her husband: Luis Hernandez Martinez.
Survived by her loving children: Carmen Reyes, Luis Armando (Marisol) Reyes, Jose (Rebecca Timmerman) Hernandez, Carlos (Anna Maria) Hernandez, and Carmen Luisa Hernandez; grandchildren: Gumby (Patricia), Payo (Andrea), Pablo (Crystal), MaryLee (Steven), Sierra, Corey, Kayla, Tony, Jr., Jonathan and Tanya; great grandchildren: Tito, Matthew, Taisha, Lala, Brookie, Emi, Robert, Nena, Gordo, Samantha Andrea, and Avianni; great great granddaughter: Xylah; great great grandson: Mekhi; special amigos: Sasha and Rico.
A celebration of Carmen’s life will be held at the convenience of the family.
