Sodus: Entered into rest on February 22, 2017 at age 86.

Predeceased by his wife: Evelyn Dudley.

Palma proudly served our country in the United States Army. He owned and operated Dudley Citadel.  His generosity and kindness will forever be remembered.

Survived by his sons: Chuck (Pauline) and George Dudley; grandchildren: Amy and Chad Dudley; great grandson: Noah Cousins; sister in law: Hazel VanHall; many extended family members and friends.

Calling hours will be held on (Sunday) February 26, 2017 from 2pm - 4pm followed by his funeral service at 4pm at Young Funeral Home, Williamson, NY.  Private Spring burial in Sodus Rural Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of one's choice.
