Survived by his sisters: Laurie (David) Hammond and Lena Horton; brothers: Joseph (Betty) Purdy, Jeff Purdy and Gene (Jessica) Sharp; sister in law: Sharron Purdy; many extended family members and friends.

Private burial will take place in the Butler-Savannah Cemetery.
