Williamson/Newark, NY - Born January 11, 1922 Elizabeth (Betty) Mabels Hance passed away at age 96 on May 27, 2018 at Newark Wayne Community Hospital, Newark NY

Preceded in death by parents William and Jennie Mabels, sisters Helen and Evelyn, brother John, son Thomas P. Hance and grandson Scott T. Hance.

Survived by son Clinton (Cathy) Hance, daughter-in-law Nanette Hance, grandchildren Nathan (Stephanie) Hance, Nicole (Nathan) O’Connor, Samuel Hance, Kimberly Hance and Christopher (Ashley) Hance; five great grandchildren, Syrna, Jasper, Blake, Lauren and Savannah Hance, special nieces, nephews, friends and caregivers. 

Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of life on (Monday) June 4, 2018 at 11am at Young Funeral Home, 4025 W. Main Street, Williamson, NY.   At Betty’s request, calling hours will not be observed.  Private interment at the convenience of the family at Sunnyside Cemetery, Williamson, NY.
