Until the Christmas card came back did I know cousin Mike was gone. Notes on Christmas cards were the way we connected. I did phone him and talk a few years back which was enjoyable. I will miss him very much.

May I extend my deepest sympathy to all of Mike's family. I taught with Mike as a special education teacher in his 7th grade Social Studies classroom. He was indeed a kind, intelligent man. I enjoyed teaching along side him and I enjoyed just watching his kindness toward all his students. He often shared his military stories with his students. I am sure he was an inspiration to many. He will be missed.
