Dawson E. Ford “Mike”

Spencerport/West Walworth, January 26, 2018 at age 85.

Predeceased by his wife of 30 years, Joyce; and daughter Debbie Moore.

He is survived by his daughters Linda (Randy) Seavert and Mary (Bob) Cotterman;  Step-daughters,  Cheryl Dorrance, Gail (Mark) Stalley and Karen (Chris) Mackey;  8 Grandchildren; 12 Great-Grandchildren;  4 Step-Grandchildren.

Dad was a veteran of the US Navy, worked as a guard for General Dynamics, Stromberg-Carlson and General Railway Signal. He was a Volunteer West Walworth Fireman and Red Cross Volunteer. He loved square dancing, and continued to dance into his 80’s, attending several dances a week and hosting in their home.

The family would like to thank the caring staff at Aaron Manor and Hospice, for their love and support.

Family and friends are welcome to calling hours on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 9am -11am with a memorial service at 11am at Young Funeral Home, Williamson, NY.  Private burial in Garland Cemetery.
