Abram J. "Abe" Nevelizer
Williamson: Abe went home peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on June 15, 2017 at age 87 surrounded by his loving family.
Abe proudly served our country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a true patriot to God and country. He shared his love for the Adirondacks with his family.
Survived by his loving and devoted wife, Peggy of 63 years; loving children: Cheryl and Dale (Cindy) Nevelizer; adored grandchildren: Cassie (John) Price, Mandie, Josh (Jane), and his "nurse" Mickey Nevelizer; great grandchildren: Lexie and Reagan; sisters: Susanna (Carmen) Reppi, Connie (Rein) Muilwyk, Kathy (Symen) Muilwyk, and Mary Mortimer; brother: Jim Nevelizer; sister in law: Alice (Manley) Johnson; brother in law: Lloyd (Marty) Larkin; many extended family members and friends.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, June 18, 2017 from 5pm- 8pm at Young Funeral Home. A celebration of Abe's life will take place on June 19, 2017 at 11am at the Williamson Bible Baptist Church followed by burial in North Wolcott Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Abe can be made to the Sodus Town Ambulance Corps.
